How rarity, exclusivity, and collection depth become Quick Sell, Fair, and Highest.
Core equation
VP equivalent converts to USD guidance. Battlepass skins get a flat 300 VP stand-in for the pass grind even though they are not store-priced individually.
Total VP = Σ [Skin VP × Scarcity] + (Cards × 150) + (Buddies × 200) + (Sprays × 75) + (Radianite × 30) + VP Balance

Exclusivity
Limited lines (Arcane, Champions, Ignite, VCT) keep their in-game store tier for counts and pricing, but the badge says Limited. They also get scarcity multipliers because supply cannot return to the store rotation.

- Highest Price — Fair +12%
